The location was perfect, at a short distance from a monastery church. It also was walking distance to hills and ski slopes.

The staff was really kind and the owner too. We had the double room provided with super comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, a table and chairs.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to the city center and within walking distance to the famous monastery. there are supermarkets conveniently located in the other direction, making it easy to grab anything you may need during your stay.

There was one aspect of the hotel that was slightly disappointing. The pillows provided in the rooms were not as comfortable as desired, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Quiet hotel with great modern rooms. Delightful and great breakfast with fresh breads and home made delicious products, beautiful location. Location so close to center of town and the night market and the downtown restaurants. Also, close to the shopping mall.

Convenient location - close to everything we wanted to visit. We could easily stroll to the city center from here 😊.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Pension Marillenhof. The owner was incredibly accommodating, letting us check-in early and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was the best we had during our two-week trip, with fresh and organic ingredients sourced from local farms. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was large and comfortable, and the WiFi was fast. We also appreciated having access to the terrace and dining area, as well as the kitchenette in our room.

Nothing to dislike

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the city center.

One negative aspect was that the radiator was set on a specific time, which was early in the morning. This was not ideal for elderly people who felt cold in the room, especially during the winter season.

We had a fantastic stay at a recently renovated guesthouse. Despite arriving late, the owners kindly welcomed us. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was huge. The WiFi was fast and reliable. We had a great night's sleep and enjoyed the little terrace near the breakfast area. This was the best hotel experience on our road trip. We highly recommend Pension Marillenhof in Melk!
